You retain ownership of the rack designs and configurations you create ("Your Content"). By using RackBuilder, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process Your Content to provide the service
• Display Your Content within the application
• Make technical copies as necessary for backup and security

Our Intellectual Property

RackBuilder and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The RackBuilder name, logo, and related trademarks are our property. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use RackBuilder for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Your use of network rack designs created with RackBuilder is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that designs will work in real-world applications or meet specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RackBuilder and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of RackBuilder shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RackBuilder and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
