Instructions for deleting your RackBuilder account data

Facebook Authentication Users

If you signed up for RackBuilder using Facebook authentication and wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to request deletion

Email: info@rackbuilder.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Email Address]

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name (if different from email)
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
  • Any specific data you want deleted (optional)

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account information (name, email)
  • All saved rack designs and configurations
  • Authentication tokens and session data
  • Any custom devices you created
Alternative Methods

If you signed up with email and password (not Facebook), you can delete your account directly through the RackBuilder application settings.
